Return Policy: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All orders placed in December will have an extension until January 31st of the following year for returns. Item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. item(s) must not be washed, all tags must be present, garment wrinkle free, etc. Item(s) will be inspected before processing a return. Sorry, no refund on shipping - buyer must pay for all shipping and handling costs. Also, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Please include a detailed message with your shipment. Also, be sure to buy insurance because we will not be responsible for lost shipments. Upon receiving the returned items, it may take up to 4 weeks for us to issue a credit.

To exchange, go to our website, order the replacement items, type out a detailed message in the comments box during the order process, and take note of the order number. In the mean time, send the items you want to exchange to the address above. Please include the recent order number with your shipment, this will allow us to properly issue a credit.
